All goods can be delivered anywhere in Ireland within 2 to 3 business days, during busy periods of high demand, this may take slightly longer.
All orders in Ireland are shipped through An Post.
All customers have the right to receive the goods no later than 30 days from the date of purchase, unless for some reason an alternative date has been agreed. However, in the unlikely event that the goods are not delivered within this time frame, we advise contacting us as soon as possible to arrange another date for delivery that is suitable for you, or at this point you also have the right to cancel the contract and receive a full refund due to the delay. Whereby the contract is cancelled due to delay in excess of 30 days, we are obliged to refund you any money that you have paid for products within 14 days of cancellation.
Traceable shipping is available on paint orders through An Post. Please contact the shop should you wish to track an order.

At Cons Creations we try to supply the highest quality products from established manufacturers however on occasion some items may fall below the standard expected. Should you feel a product you have purchased from Cons Creations is below this standard please contact us to discuss the issue.
You are entitled to a refund for faulty goods. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, we will endeavour to replace your good(s) first however if this is not feasible you will be entitled to a refund. Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over €75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
